How long will my order take?
Orders are shipped directly from the various vendors. Each item page displays the approximate time that each company usually takes. Below is the approximate timing that your order will ship from the facility, please be sure to add in delivery time. If you have any questions regarding timing please feel free to email info@papercottage.net.
Embossed Graphics usually ships in 3 business days from Illinois.
Kelly Hughes usually ships in 2 weeks from Texas
Preppy Plates usually ships in 2 weeks
Dabney Lee usually ships in 2 weeks from New York
Agnes & Isabel Custom Designs: letterpress ships in about 3-5 weeks after proof approval, depending on the time of year (longer during the holidays) digital cards ship in about 2 days after proof approval and are always sent via UPS 2 day air. (We're fast!)
Proofs
If you have ordered a proof, it will be emailed to you typically within 24-48 hours after your order is submitted, depending on if your order is submitted in the morning or afternoon.
Payment & Sales Tax
Agnes & Isabel accepts all major credit cards. Sales Tax (6%) will only be charged to orders shipped within Connecticut, orders from any other state will not be charged sales tax.
Is my credit card safe online?
Yes, it is very safe. All transactions are processed with a secure server that encrypts data securely during the checkout process.
Does your e-invite Store have the same shopping cart?
Agnes & Isabel runs two websites: www.agnesandisabel.com and a co-branded site with e-invite: www.einvite.com. Since the shopping carts are not linked together, your purchases would be two separate transactions. Simply click on the Agnes & Isabel logo on the top of the co-branded page to go back.
Do you have sales and promotions?
All the time! Please send us an email at agnesandisabel@mac.com to be added to our mailing list. We will keep you up to date on trunk shows, holiday boutiques and any specials we have.
What is your return policy? How are errors handled?
Occasionally errors occur due to the nature of personalization. If the error is on the manufacturer's part it will be reprinted and shipped out very quickly.
When the error is made by the customer it will be reprinted at a discounted rate. It is very important when placing your order that you double check all spelling, wording, dates, etc. before submitting. It is highly encouraged to order a proof to ensure accuracy. If you do see an error when you receive your product, please contact us as quickly as possible to work on resolution.
